When it takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We don't prorate: enjoy all benefits until the paid period ends.
Refunds
Per our general policy (all sales are final), we don't refund membership payments already charged. We do guarantee no further charges after cancellation.
Accumulated benefits
Any pending accumulated benefits (cleanings, maintenance) remain valid for 60 days after cancellation.
