Exchanges are processed only in our physical stores, not online.
Online purchases outside Miami
If you bought online and can't visit Miami within 7 days, write to us. We'll coordinate a visit or a custom solution.
Defective items
If you receive a defective piece, contact us immediately. We arrange the return, fix it, and ship it back in perfect condition at no charge.
